We had an incredible experience with Sohail at Falcons Heating and Cooling! He was punctual, efficient, honest, and provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. His communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to help us.

As first-time homebuyers, we had plenty of questions, and Sohail took the time to explain everything clearly. He educated us about our home’s heating and cooling systems and made sure we understood everything we needed to know. We never felt rushed, and we truly appreciated his patience and care.

It’s hard to find someone this honest, knowledgeable, and dedicated to their customers these days. We’re so grateful for his help and would highly recommend Sohail and Falcons Heating and Cooling!

I searched for HVAC repair online. I was fortunate to find Falcon and Sohail. I needed a humidifier for my furnace. I scheduled an appointment. Sohail arrived on time and installed it while I went to pick up my children from school. When I returned, the humidifier had been installed, and everything was clean and organized. Sohail checked to make sure everything was working and showed me how to use and replace the filters. I am pleased to work with Falcon and will certainly recommend their services.

Thank you

Excellent experience with falcons, Sohail was professional and courteous when we called him about repairing our leaking air conditioner. He came the same day that we called and had the issue fixed promptly. He's also very quick at responding to the texts we sent him. Thank you so much!

Sohail did a very good job on my air conditioner. Came same day. Worked around my schedule and had it done in a timely manner. Also came back for a follow-up issue I had.

Very responsive and answered all my questions.

Sohail is very well mannered and installed my furnace, AC, and a new thermostat in good condition. He explained his procedures clearly and answered all of my questions.

I appreciate Sohail for operating within cheaper price ranges, as other businesses ask for almost double in fees.

He is the better man in the current market and I highly recommend him.
